"Last year hundreds of volunteers collected 32,056 plastic straws and stirrers in Florida on just 1 day.
That’s a lot of straws, but that's also a lot of people who care.
I hope this turtle sculpture will encourage people to quit single-use plastics and demand more ocean-friendly alternatives from local businesses."
